4 scoops is a lot to get down and will get very expensive so I use 2. This is the right ratio I've found to make it thick enough to taste good but still mix well. it foams up a lot when I use it so I mix it pre-workout and an hour later when I go to drink it the foam is gone and it tastes like chocolate milk.Since I'm only using 2 scoops instead of 4 I add creatine to it because otherwise I'd only get 1.5 grams of creatine.And I would just add a banana or take with 2 spoons of peanut butter. If you find the chocolate tasting lousy/leaving a bitter after-taste, you're not blending it long enough. I normally use two scoop servings twice a day, once in the morning upon waking the other after my workout.I hated the flavor at first, but after I began giving it 3 minutes at high-speed with my commercial-grade immersion blender I discovered that it tastes great! I haven't noticed any increase in muscle mass during the month that I've been taking it, however will continue to take because it's a solid meal replacement.2 scoops to every 16 oz of SKIM MILK, plus a scoop & half of cookies & cream makes this tastes just a liquid banana pudding, & its not an overpowering flavor.If you like banana flavored anything, this is a MUST BUY!It works very very well if you take it consistently. After I reached a good weight I broke the servings in half. Since I've started using this my weights have gone up and I'm starting to see a difference in getting my size and strength back from what I lost in season, I haven't gone up much weight yet and I've been on it for a few weeks now but my lifts have Improved. For years people told me I could not gain and I thought it was true.Two cups immediately after workout and the other 2 cups before bed. I take it with milk and mix it in a blender and it tastes good. I tried different proteins and they seemed to leave me feeling bloated and did nothing.

After about 2 weeks of using this I had gained 8 pounds.

I do half a serving morning and half at night after workout.

Nowadays, after my workout, I add an extra spoon now that my body can handle without upsetting my stomach.

By far the best tasting protein available(that actually works)While taking it I noticed that I recovered from workout faster and I was able to increase the intensity of my workout more frequently. I tried this one and workout three times a week and have noticed great gains.

Before people told my I looked sick and now when they see me they say wow you look great.
